Laura Segovia has a degree in Psychology with a specialty in Labor Psychology and Masters in Positive Lidership, passionate and committed to what she enjoys doing the most in her life: being close to people, accompanying them to discover their greatness and talent, and recognizing that there are always new ways to create opportunities to growth and be happy.
With more than 20 years of experience, she is recognized as an expert in Headhunting, which has allowed her to build professional networks worldwide that facilitate bringing together extraordinary people with large organizations.
She is also recognized as one of the most important Career Mentors in our country by constantly developing successful models of professional accompaniment for the design of Life and Career Plans, both Mentoring and Outplacement, where her warm and human guideness, facilitates holistic management in stages of professional transition in people seeking to transcend.
In his first years as a professional, he collaborated in important transnational companies in the industrial and service sectors, consolidating the creation of talent evaluation centers for a successful recruitment.
In 2015 he founded SEGOVIA Headhunting & Mentoring, collaborating since then with global and national companies, thus consolidating its presence and growth based on the recognition, loyalty and satisfaction of its clients.
